Intracellular Sperm Injection Pipette (ICSI): ICSI micropipettes are pulled from borosilicate glass tubing (OD 1.00 mm, ID 0.78 mm, sutter instrument). The tip is bended 30-45 degrees and beveled at 30-40 degrees. The sharp beveled tip make it much easy to penetrate the cell membrane. After beveling, the tip has OD 6-8 um and ID 4-5 um. Customized tip sized are available upon request.
Intracellular Sperm Injection Pipette w/ spike (ICSI-s): ICSI-s micropipettes are prepared with same method as ICSI. However, After beveling, a pike is create at the beveled tip, making it more powerfull for penetration of the cell membrane.

Intracellular Sperm Injection Holding Pipette w/ spike (ICSI-h): ICSI-h micropipettes are pulled from borosilicate glass tubing (O.D. 1 mm, I.D. 0.58 mm, sutter instrument). The tip is bent at 30-45 degrees and heat polished to OD 70-80 um and ID 15-20 um. It is used to hold the cell while making the injection.
