These arrays will let you bend the shoulder of the arrays so that you can fix the connector to the places that is different from the location of the tips. It is especially useful for the lateral implantation such as the auditory cortex, temporal cortex, and insular cortex.
Two kind flexible arrays are available. One is the shoulder flex (right side of the picture) and the other is shaft flex (left side of the picture). You can choose any one you like.
